Our History
More than 20 years of experience in specialized engineering
ADEC Engineering was born from the experience and vision of its founding partners, Albert Garcia and David Cubel, who began their professional careers in 2004 in the engineering sector. Since then, we have built lasting relationships with our clients, many of whom continue to place their trust in us more than two decades later.
Our expertise lies in the design and calculation of structures, pressure vessels, and atmospheric tanks, as well as the mechanical and thermal design of heat exchangers. Furthermore, we are leaders in the development of molten salt storage systems (MSTs) for concentrated solar power (CSP) plants, nuclear power plants (SMR), and thermal storage solutions, designing pressure vessels and API-type tanks adapted to the most advanced technical requirements of the energy sector.

Industrial projects
Development and coordination of industrial projects, encompassing all phases: feasibility studies, basic engineering, tendering, detailed engineering, and construction management/supervision. Within this field, we have experience in projects for automotive, paint and solvent manufacturing, chemical, food processing, and other industries.

Boilermaking Projects
Development of boilermaking projects, including design and calculation of pressure equipment and atmospheric tanks, as well as the mechanical and thermal design of shell and tube heat exchangers.
Drafting of CE Marking Projects for pressure vessels, CE Marking Projects for pressure pipes and Legalization Projects for installations with pressure equipment.

Renewable energy projects
Development of thermal storage systems using binary or ternary molten salts (Molten Salt Tank, MST). Development of different molten salt storage configurations, including horizontal, vertical, and API-type tanks. Mechanical design of the salt storage equipment using numerical simulation with Solidworks and Ansys tools. Design of the cold or hot salt inlet system, equipment preheating, and initial salt melting process through realistic CFD simulation.
